By this site its seems like Khrushchev acted in ways totally opposite to what he spoke. He spoke for de-stalinization and a "peaceful co-existance" but by his actions, such as the arms race and the Warsaw pact, he doesn't seem all that different from Stalin. He conintued to work for soviet support from other countries and attempted to spread communism. His speeches that denounced Stalin seem all talk and just an attempt to make the US not be concerned with the USSR anymore.
